This afternoon at about 3pm had a Savannah Sparrow in a large flock of
mostly American Tree Sparrows (and a couple White-crowned Sparrows) along
the Dofasco Trail between 10th and 8th Rd in Saltfleet Twp east of
Hamilton. The flock was very active, with a lot of chatter and singing of
both tree sparrow and white-crowned songs. Most were feeding in the
adjacent fields. I took many photos of this individual.
