Seen briefly along highway 2,  East of Cobourg Ontario, over the orchard just east of Moores construction on Sunday April 16, at ~ 3:45 PM, and heading south.

It was  white, with a wide solid black border around the  underside of the wings, with (if memory serves) a solid distinctive  black band across a not very long tail. At first the wings appeared hawkish, but then appeared to be somewhat falcon like. It also flew across a field in the manner of a Harrier...

 Albino harrier? gyrfalcon harrier morph?
