It spends most of its time resting on buoys on the U.S. side This morning it crossed into Canadian waters twice between 8:25 and 9:00 am. A navigation chart can be found on the noaa web site. The chart number is 14832. It shows the Canada/U.S. border and the buoys. Observed from the Niagara Parkway close to the end of Bowen Toad. There is a pull off on the river side.
