I checked the location this afternoon, no Dickcissels to be found.  The
habitat seems sparse, no hayfields in the vicinity.

As this is turning into a county affair, I would like to bring in Huron
County into the Dickcissel list of hosts.Singing male and female (just flew
in to join him) seen yesterday and today on Huron St west between Goshen
Line and Bronsen Line. Singing male is about 100 metres east of Bronsen.
There is a metal telephone canister beside the toad.. Birds were seen 10
metres to the west in the little trees.Exeter is 30 miles north of London on
highway 4. Go west on Huron St until almost to Bronden. Consult a map or
GPS.Good birding.Rick ThorntonExeter (Municipality of South Huron)
