Two Red-necked, and one Wilson’s Phalarope were feeding within the southerly 
cell of the Verner lagoon this aft. 
        Verner is 40 minutes due west of North Bay. North Bay is 3 1/2 hours 
north of Toronto. 
The lagoon can be entered by vehicle without charge. It is just south-east of 
the village,  southerly off Olivier Road about 1 mile  east of hwy 64.
