Judy Robins and I are currently looking at the Neotropic Cormorant from the Whitby Lions Promenade. Flight photos confirm it as the same bird others have photographed as it is missing two of its primaries on its right wing.
Judy spotted it first. Thanks Judy! Whitby Lions Promenade can be reached by taking the Brock St. exit from the 401 and heading south. As it bends it turns into Water St. There is a parking lot on your right. Look across at the trees on the breakwater. It has been flying from tree to tree.
