I got a call from some friends who said that they are looking at the Tufted
Duck from the Hamilton side of the lift bridge where the canal opens up into
the bay (where I saw it on Tuesday, and where it was seen yesterday). Good luck
to those who try for it!

Parking for the Hamilton side of the lift bridge is off of Eastport Drive.

In other news, they saw the two Snow Geese in the Bronte Harbor, but were
unable to find the Ross's Goose in Bronte or Spencer Smith Park.

Good birding,
