A Neotropic Cormorant was posted to eBird this afternoon and later refound by
Jeremy Bensette. It was perched on a driftwood branch at southeast Hillman
Marsh beach (dead end accessed by Mersea Rd B and East Beach Road).

The bird flew at 5:30pm but will hopefully stay in the area. It is an adult
still in breeding plumage.
