There is a female black scoter off the north end of the East Headland - close to shore. Buffy cheek and throat, dark chestnut stripe on head top, black bill. With white-wings and long-tails. Will post pics later. Also, there is a towhee near the Creek bridge, but later... Humber Bay East Park is at the foot of Parklawn Av.
