The following patch implements `%define api.pure' except that it doesn't update the skeleton or documentation for Java. Thus, b4_pure_if ends up unexpanded in comments in the generated Java code from above. This doesn't break anything, I believe. It just looks ugly. If you plan to follow soon with your patch, then I'll go ahead and commit mine anyway. Is that ok with you?
