Speaking of that, I haven't seen any reports about 2.4 recently.

should consider releasing 2.4.1 soon.  Any objections?

Yes, definitely.  There can be 2.4.2 if we need to.  Who does?  Maybe  
it's time that I learn (again), but if you're ok to do it, better :)
