Hey guys, I pushed the code for the backup hour option to this branch: https://code.launchpad.net/~rmjb/backintime/backuphour
It's not complete, but you can choose the hour for backups in gnome once you don't choose the schedule per include folder option. -- "Asking the wrong questions is the leading cause of wrong answers."
