Not yet, because we are still splitting the trees. My goal was to have
that completed this week, but it probably won't be done until some time
next week.

The issue is that some of the tools (libsherpa, astmaker, osdoc) are
used by multiple projects, so I need to get those RPMized. Then we need
to get the bitcc-bootstrap makefiles rebuilt to eliminate the dependency
on the Coyotos build system. Finally we will migrate the bitc source
tree to its own project and website.

OSDoc and libsherpa are now RPMized, but the build isn't yet using those
versions. astmaker should be RPMized today. We will then adapt the
existing tree to use them as outside packages. Finally, we'll move bitc
to a website of its own.

At that point, we'll get instructions up for you.
