The browser options are now up and running. One change is possibly relevant:
I had home-brewed a browse style in which file line numbers were tagged by #NNN, and many links in the archive reference things that way. The current version of gitweb uses #lNNN (that's a lower-case letter ell). Rather than continue to maintain a hacked style, I decided to drop it. This means that when you are following old links to lines, you may need to insert the lowercase L into the link in order to follow it successfully. shap
