I've added doxygen support for the runtime library, so that can now be browsed online.
One consequence is that the browse/ subdirectory needed to get re-arranged, so if you have a web link pointing directly into the on-line browsable version you'll want to update it. Not much actual content in the libbitc/ docs yet. Mainly of note is documentation of how to implement procedure objects when porting to new targets.
