I have no strong opinion one way or the other about Jira, except to say that I've been pretty happy with Bugzilla and there is something to be said for minimizing learning curve. I have not looked in to issue tracking systems built in Drupal, so I have no idea what the state of that is. Actually, if someone could look at Drupal issue tracking modules, Drupal/Bugzilla plugins, and/or Drupal/Jira plugins that would be a real help. Same for Joomla. *If* it is possible to do everything within the CMS, single sign-on becomes much easier and it is easier to cross-reference things. That has some real advantages. shap
