Ja, in some ideal language, I'd like to be able to
worry/control/reflect on Representation when I want to, and other
times not have to. I mean it all seems very orthogonal to what the
Type of the thing is to me at first naive blush. Whatever happened to
"scrap your boilerplate" type work, couldn't that be relevant here wrt
sharing code?
