Well, I hope at some point to push libcoin to bitcoin, but that is not for me to decide ;) Anyway, I will strive at keeping the two synced - currently, they are almost in sync - even bip 16 is part of libcoin, but I have postponed generation of P2SH till after we were certain of 16 vs 17. So that is high on the list.
