I'm running into this error when running the forwarding example

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.bitcoinj.core.NetworkParameters
at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source) ~[?:1.8.0_251]
I am using maven to import the dependency, heres my pom.xml
