Hello Kristian: Yes, if one provider is not available, you can have a 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc... as standby, to piggy back ride. Could you e-mail me the carrier website address that you are using? Below 1 cent is quite good, but I'd like to investigate their limitations too :).
