My company is looking for an expert/partner (individual or company) to
perform a site evaluation of an existing Asterisk installation in
Toronto.  The site has a total of 30 users - half of the users are part
of a regional call center.  We seek someone with expert experience in
the following areas:

 

-          Echo Cancellation

-          Asterisk Queues (no 3rd party call center software is used)

-          Eyebeam

-          PC headsets

-          Voice quality issues related to headsets 

-          Polycom hard phones

-          Dropped calls
