AudioCodes and Asterisk

Does anyone have experience with integrating Audiocodes-MP-118-FXO with 
Asterisk?  How well is the unit dealing with echo issues when connecting 
to the PSTN network.  Is this a good alternative to the Digium/ Sangome 
hardware?
