Unlimitel is wonderful! Except that they only have DIDs in a limited area. To go outside that, les.net has been okay so far. There is a little issue with call progress messages that keeps ringback from being played to callers at the moment. Not an issue if DIDs are answered immediately.
vitel in the US has been good as well. They have a nice web management interface.
