Hello. The Thunder Bay Public Library is preparing to release a RFP for a replacement phone system with the following caracteristics:
- Very complex phone tree using (one) main number. - Four branch system with about ~60 desk phones, ~100 users, ~120 voicemails. - Require system to be centrally (web) managed from one location. - Require local survivability in each branch of 911/outbound services. - Intra-branch calling s/b via VoIP across (dedicated) WAN. - Expandable to support wireless phone to allow staff roaming. - Must provide training (on-site/CBT). - Vendors must provide current references of similar work.
