Hello everyone, We are opening a new office in the Etobicoke area in July and I am evaluating our options for phone systems. We are planning approximately 20 phones to start but this will grow to probably double by next year.
We would like a system that would give us the regular voice mail, automatic attendant, on hold message/music and small ACD queue for our order desk. The top management is considering a "Centrex" system but I am sure an Asterisk solution would be more cost effective.
