Job Description:
In dealing with Sangoma customers and prospects all over the world, this
position requires an individual who is passionate about advancing their
career in sales. You will service our current customers with excellence, and
treat each and every enquiry as though you can not make it to the next day
without winning their business. The enquiries for Sangoma's products are
coming strong and hard. On the phone or on email, you are be the face of
Sangoma. Our customers and prospects come to us for the best; you must
deliver.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of previous inside sales or as a top notch customer service
rep seeking to enter sales
* understanding of VoIP and PSTN technology
* some understanding of the open source software business model
* unrelenting professional approach to servicing customer enquiries and
demands
* excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese or Spanish would be
nice
* fluent in all MS Office applications
Salary:
Base, uncapped commission, plus benefits.
