The over all look is pleasing, I do like the rotating header.
Can the podcast area be integrated into the rest of the site, I come from a
Joomla/Mambo background, There is a wrapper feature to integrate eliminates
that are outside the main site. I have not used Drupal so I can not say if
this feature is there.
On the topic of podcast, what will be the future of the podcast? will there
be any regularity or is it mainly a once in awhile, event oriented thing.

You can search the current mailing list archives from google with a
command like
hylafax iaxmodem site: taug.ca
Since the site was recently revamped, the links you get back will be
broken but the links to the google cache still mostly work
