My wife has a rogers phone with unlimited incoming... So I setup a
custom callback routine in Asterisk for her...

She dials a number, it hangs up, and calls her back.

Behind the scenes, it calls a PHP agi script to determine if the
incoming ANI is valid, if it is, it initiates a call with a call file.

The script then allows her to dial any number, or use a speed dial.

Neat little script... may open it up for people to use later.. but for
now it's a novelty.

So instead of the $.60 for LD.. it's essentially free!
