Sergey: This is an interesting article. The GTA, or the Canadian market is different as we are slow to catch up. In the United States, you can be an instant Telco, having your own PRI at a data centre for about $150/month. When you do the math here in Toronto, the numbers are all over the place. Americans are very fast to move on with bleeding edge technologies and us Canadians are slow to pick up due to the conservative nature on how we do business.
