I'm currently working on deploying a call centre. I'm facing some
incredible challenges with Allstream in getting a functioning PRI
installed.
They have been sending techs for two weeks from both Bell and Allstream
trying to get the thing working - Same old problem of finger pointing back
and forth...
I'm interested in exploring VoIP options as an alternative to a
traditional
PRI.
Does anyone know of some good reliable vendors that can help?
