Hi Everyone,

I have been asked to help find someone capable of revamping and
maintaining a small Asterisk (Trixbox, currently) installation at a
golf club in Uxbridge, just north of the city.

I installed the system two years ago, but our deal was that I would
not be maintaining it, as I am now back at school in Hamilton. They
already had a tech person on contract to provide support for their
computers, and wanted her to be their contact person regarding the
phone system. So once I had the system running I passed the
administrative information on to her. While she is does know her way
around computers quite well and has done phone systems in the past,
she has little knowledge of Linux and no experience with Asterisk, so
she has had some trouble maintaining the system. As a result, we are
looking to find someone who specializes in Asterisk.

I don't believe any major software upgrades have been done since the
initial installation, so I would guess that starting with a fresh
software install will probably be necessary. Being a golf course, they
do little business in the winter, and so they are using the single
Bell backup line at the moment. This means that Asterisk system
downtime is acceptable right now, so long as the system is fully
functional by the end of March.

If you're interested in taking this on, or know anyone who might be,
please email me, and we can discuss more of the technical details.

Thanks!
-Gabriel
