I have been co-locating with a company called Beanfield Technologies for just over two years now.
They have a new facility at 151 front that is a great place to put a server. You can rent rack space is a 5u, 10u, half, or full cabinet. Even you you only rent 5u, you still have 24 hour access, since each customers space has it's own locked door (so nobody else can mess with your machines). By default, they give you a 10Mb connection. You can ask for 100Mb if you can justify it (they keep it low for safety). With the smaller cabinets, you get a 15 amp AC circuit. With the larger cabinets, you get whatever is appropriate for that size. I know for a little 5U rack, they have a package deal: It's $200 for the space, 100GB of transfer, and 2.5 amps of power. If you use more power or more bandwidth, you pay more, but it's a pretty good starting place. They don't have any term contracts, and they are nice people. Their network has been very reliable, and they are connected into Torix. They aren't a telecom provider, so no TDM trunking from them, but they do have fiber running to the meetme room at 151 front, so you could get PRIs from anyone else there. I only terminate to SIP, so it hasn't been a problem for me, but you may want to take that into consideration, given that it's fiber only, and they charge around $300 for the riser to use the meetme room.
