Not sure if I qualify; I live in Waterloo which is close enough to Toronto for pretty much anything but emergency style stuff. I'm not much of an end-user supporter; if they need hardware designed, drivers written (kernel or channel) or Asterisk applications written, I'm definitely capable of that kind of work.
