Hi Alex,

I'm not sure what sorts of volumes you need, but if you are using a predictive 
dialer with 8 agents, that may put you in PRI territory.

ISP telecom has an extended area SIP PRI that gets you 23 channels to a good 
chunk of the province, certainly major destinations in the 705 and 905 area.  
If you are sending calls to on-net destinations, a PRI might be the way to 
go, since you aren't getting billed the minimum 30s for a busy number, or an 
answering machine.
