Telnet Communications: All their on-net rate centers do t.38 no problem. Their off-net destinations, some yes some no. Check with Bill on that. Thinktel: They terminate t.38 well, and just recently set up a rate deck that is specific to t.38 fax. That should help with the current problems of on-net / off-net termination. They have Ontario DIDs as well, although not in some of the smaller rate centers.
