Hello Bruce: I have several of these installed both at my home location and at clients (specially those who needed T38 faxing). The units are extremely reliable and rock solid. We have *not* had the slightest problems with them. The unit at my residence has been working for almost a year now, almost non-stop. Hope this helps.
