Ubiquity AirFiber? If it's only 30 feet, the costs to install a 16 strand of fiber is going to be significantly less, carry more bandwidth, and be weatherproof (but not digger proof)
For a parking lot, you could run a new steel wire between them on the roofs and run fiber across it rather then have it buried. A lot of cable companies will also pre-terminate the fiber for you, so you just have to install it and be done with it.
