Ubiquity AirFiber?
If it's only 30 feet, the costs to install a 16 strand of fiber is going to
be significantly less, carry more bandwidth, and be weatherproof (but not
digger proof)

For a parking lot, you could run a new steel wire between them on the roofs
and run fiber across it rather then have it buried. A lot of cable companies
will also pre-terminate the fiber for you, so you just have to install it
and be done with it.

Subject: [biz] Short Haul data link.

I have a friend who has some industrial buildings. When they built them 10
or 15 years ago they laid fibre between 2 of them. They have a new potential
tenant, but upon inspection the fibre is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Looking for some recommendations of a supplier to quote on a possible
alternative to redoing the fibre, like short haul microwave or WiFi. The
distance between buildings is no more then 30 feet separated by a parking
lot.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Mike
