The question is at what rate are the videos created. Because if its sparatic then I would create a rsync config and then push them around to multiple locations during off peak times.
I am guessing these are surveillance videos. You also might want to try and splice them into 10 or 15 minute chunks. Then it will be much easier to push just the changed videos around.
