Domain registration tools

I am considering establishing a site for a domain name I own,
"RegisterCheap.com" and am interested in obtaining assistance in
establishing domain search/registration functions at the site.

Although not familiar with this list, it was mentioned at
http://www.opensrs.org/Sales_FAQ.shtml
as a relevant place for this sort of inquiry.
