I agree!
You should not be offering to take that test for them. They need to fully
understand what they are doing or the whole system will fail because of
having a bunch of RSPs that couldn't tell you how to do anything if you
emailed for assistance.
It would defeat the whole purpose of the opensrs system with the discounted
domain fees to the RSPs if opensrs got a ton of emails every day from domain
owners that the RSPs are not helping when asked.
Just my opinion ??? I don't think so.
