Billing features:
a) Every time a client registers all the details are stored into the text
database in your server.
b) The invoice (text based format specified by you) will be generated and
emailed automatically to the client and also to you (as an office copy).
c) After every registration you will also be emailed a report on the total
number of domains registered in the current month and the complete total of
all the domains registered.(we can add a few more statistical analysis
parameters if you require)
d) The database will in a plain text format which can opened up using a
excel spread sheet. this will also help you as a reporting tool since it
will contain a report of the total nr of domains registered on a monthly
basis year after year.
Password retrieving feature:
a) Retrieves the password and automatically emails to the user based on the
login name and other details saved during registration.
b) Incase the user changes his password / email address after registering
the domain, the same is updated to the database in your server.
c) Password is securely mailed to only to the client's email address
specified in the database in your server.
d) Incase the client has lost his login name and the password then he will
be directed to another form wherein he will be required to fill in the
address and other verification details, based on which you can email the
password to him manually.
