Currently .tv does not offer transfers. .ca DOES, but we don't have it
*yet*. It's being worked on, we're not at the development stage yet. But
it will be offered (Ken Joy perhaps to add more details).

This can take quite a lot of time, as we're horribly backlogged. Don't
