Hello, We have a customer that has renewed their domain recently with us, this was supposed to be followed briefly by a registrar transfer request. The domain was renewed to permit registrar transfer. Now the person managing this for the customer has proven unable or unwilling to perform the transfer within the 3 weeks of renewal/almost expired of registration. I'd like to propose a different OpenSRS reseller instead of a different registrar to this customer. Reason of transfer is that we provide fully managed services, and not only domain registration to our customers, and this customer has found a new provider. We gradually phase-out customer that want registration-only, to toher registrars or resellers. Is anyone interested in having this domain transferred to their profile ? Preferably, somebody who would not charge for the transfer (OpenSRS doesn't). Serious requests by email only, please.
