I guess we are saying the same thing here, but lets differentiate between
Verisign/NetSol  - the Registrar - and Verisign GRS (also part of
Verisign/NetSol) - the Registry. NetSol (the Registrar) continues to send
batch delete commends to Verisign GRS.

Agreed. My statement was not intended as criticism aimed at ICANN, just a
statement of fact that since Verisign decided to involve ICANN (and I cannot
see how they could avoid that once they decided to freeze deletions) this
mess will take time to sort out while the number of domains held up grows
fast.
