we plan to sell our customers or customers and server together to another company. There is no closing date for us since we decided to keep going untill the takeover. We are taking the quotes for the take over, and willing to sell to the best offer. Please keep in mind that our yearly revenue on domain registration and hosting is a little above 10K/year.
We have over 60 customers and over 100 domains hosted on our system. Most of them are companies. Some of the sites are also designed by our web design team. Most of the domains are also registered through us. Our customers are very loyable. Some of them are with us for 3-4 years. We make yearly contracts. At the moment we are using Cobalt 3RAQ server. We are based in Istanbul, Turkey. We have 6 active resellers. (They also design sites) Our server is colocated at an Internet backbone service in Baltimore USA.
