Added to this, while putting it together, I've now made it so that it
can do simple dns for domains as well, allowing your users to manage
their domain not only for URL redirection, but for pointing it to an
IP Address in the zone file.

Could even be used for a crude form of dynamic dns, since the zone
creator would run every 5 minutes, and only update those zones that
have changed or been newly added.

I'm rapidly adding features to the published service, as I make the
code from my existing service portable into the software package.
