I developed some software to handle whois and order-taking functions for
my reseller site. I think some others might benefit, so here goes!
Some of it's features are:
- supports ALL OpenSRS TLDs
- can determine appropriate whois server
- currently handles TUCOWS or NS whois, but more can be easily
added
- integrated with CartIt but can be easily integrated with any
form-based cart
- tiny (<10K) and fast -- programmed in PERL
- handles whois and checks availability for sales
- offers whois on taken domains
- easily integrated options (hosting, redirects)
- positive agreement of terms put in invoice from form input
I'm asking $49 a copy, and I'll install it for $99 if you need that too.
You can try the code out at www.homesteader.net, my site. I can
integrate new features if needed (and I'm able to!) Please don't
checkout a cart, but you can add items to test the features.
