Top Stories from Reproductive Justice & Gender on AlterNet

>From the editors:
John McCain is bad news for women. He opposes women's right to choose, opposes
equal pay for equal work, opposes funding family planning services for
low-income women and, now, has a running mate whose opposition to women's
rights rivals his own. A McCain-Palin victory would add another hundred pounds
to the pack women already carry every day in their uphill battle toward gender
equality. It's time to hold John McCain and Sarah Palin's feet to the fire as
AlterNet contributors Carole Joffe, Gloria Felt, Laura Flanders, Lynn Paltrow
and others do in this issue of Reproductive Justice & Gender. Enjoy this week's
coverage, and hold on to your hats -- we have a lot more McCain-Palin coverage
to come!
Thanks for reading,
Heather Gehlert
Managing Editor
