Dear MICHAEL,
We can't have a Barack Obama presidency and a filibuster-proof Senate majority
ripped away by people with disdain for democracy.
Republican dirty tricksters are trying to suppress the vote.
It's up to you and me and every other Democrat committed to victory to make

There are flyers in Virginia telling folks to vote on the wrong day. There are
reports of GOP operatives discarding Democratic absentee ballots in Florida.
And there is a systemic effort across the country to use technicalities to make
it harder for older voters and the underprivileged to vote.
I won't stand for these shenanigans and I know you won't either. That's why I

before midnight to ensure we have more poll watchers and more legal monitors
everywhere to prevent a repeat of Florida 2000.

I know the polls are looking good for us now. But we don't have any margin for
error.
We can get to 60 seats. But it's going to take us winning 9 of the 12 races
where our candidates are either leading or neck and neck in races for GOP
seats. In places like Kentucky, Georgia and Mississippi, we could be talking
