Dear Michael,
The moment of truth is upon us.
This election, the Republicans pulled out their usual bag of
dirty tricks, but we were ready for them and ready to fight
back with all we had.
Thanks to you, we've been able to call out the Republicans
who tried to substitute smears for substance. We've stuck up
for Democrats like Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kay Hagan, Tom
Udall, Jeff Merkley and so many more. You've written
thousands of letters to the editor, sent messages to tens of
thousands of friends, and bought advertising that influenced
hundreds of thousands of potential voters.
All that work comes down to this moment of truth... have you
cast your vote yet?
If you haven't, now's the time. Your vote is important no
matter what state you live in, since every vote for Senator
Obama is a vote against the kind of smear politics that have
dominated Senator McCain's campaign.
If you have already voted, it's up to you to make sure your
friends, family, and neighbors have too. Take a moment and
send them a message now. Make sure they get to their polling
place and vote for Senator Obama for President.
